1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with Proparai and that you accept these Terms of Service.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of Services & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Services strictly for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Services by any means, automated or manual, other than the official user interface provided directly by Proparai.
• Using any spider, robot, bot, crawler, automated script, data mining tool, scraper, or extraction mechanism to access, monitor, copy, harvest, download, or scrape any data, metrics, analytics, or content from the Services.
• Using, ingesting, harvesting, or extracting any data, content, metrics, outputs, or insights from the Services for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, evaluating, benchmarking, or developing any artificial intelligence (AI) models, machine learning algorithms, neural networks, or Large Language Models (LLMs) without explicit prior written authorization from Proparai.
• Interfering with, overloading, or disrupting the operation, security, or servers and networks supporting the Services.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, metrics, data compilations, visual interfaces, graphics, code, and functionality of the Services are the exclusive property of Proparai and are protected by applicable intellectual property and database protection laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, relicense, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

5. Account Suspension, Permanent Termination, and Ban Enforcement

We reserve the strict operational and legal right to immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently ban any user account, revoke API and platform access, and block associated IP addresses or identity credentials at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we detect, suspect, or verify that an account has engaged in automated data extraction, web scraping, unauthorized LLM or AI model training, rate-limit evasion, or any other violation of these Terms of Service. Any account permanently banned for scraping or terms violations will forfeit any remaining subscription access or account privileges without refund, and Proparai reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proparai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our site and updating the "Last Updated" date.
